HOW CAN I BUY TICKETS TO PALACE THEATRE EVENTS?
You can purchase Palace Theatre tickets in several ways:
BOX OFFICE: The Palace Theatre’s box office is open in the evenings during concerts and events.
THE DEPOT TAVERN: Located next door to the 7th St Entry in Minneapolis, The Depot Tavern is open 11:00am – 1:00am Sunday-Thursday, 10:00am – 2:00am Friday, and 11:00am – 2:00am Saturday. Tickets can be purchased at the bar or the patio ticket window. There is a $2.50 service fee per ticket.

I’M NOW UNABLE TO USE MY CONCERT TICKETS, CAN I GET A REFUND?
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Any and all will-call name changes must be submitted to eTix during normal business hours (8:00am – 7:00pm Monday-Saturday, 11:00am – 7:00pm Sunday) at least 24 hours prior to the show and are subject to management approval.
BUYER BEWARE/SECOND PARTY SELLING AND BUYING OF TICKETS
The Palace Theatre recommends only purchasing tickets from authorized ticket vendors. This not only ensures the best prices but also the best customer service.
eTix is the only authorized online or over the phone ticketing agent. This is in addition to our Theatre Box Office and local ticket outlets. If you purchase tickets from a second party vendor, we cannot guarantee the validity of the ticket and you risk being denied admission. There are no refunds and/or exchanges if your ticket is found to be fraudulent.

CAN I ATTEND AN 18+ EVENT AT THE PALACE THEATRE IF I’M UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE?
Underage persons can only attend age-limited events at the Palace Theatre if their own parent or legal guardian accompanies them for the duration of the show. Proof of parent or legal guardianship relationship is required with valid documents and valid identification. Parents will not be able to consume alcoholic beverages during the event.
COULD AN OLDER SIBLING, RELATIVE OR FRIEND’S PARENT ACCOMPANY MY FRIEND OR ME?
No, the only allowable chaperone is your legal parent or guardian.
WHAT IF MY 18TH BIRTHDAY IS ONLY IN XXX DAYS/MONTHS?
Sorry. This is a steadfast policy and there are no exceptions.
DOES MY CHILD NEED A TICKET?
A ticket is required for all persons 2 years of age or older.
WHY IS A SHOW 18+ / 21+?
Age limitations are determined by a variety of factors but are usually decided by the performer’s management.
WILL I NEED AN ID TO ATTEND AN EVENT AT THE PALACE THEATRE? WHAT FORMS OF ID ARE VALID?
Yes, you will need a Photo ID to enter the venue during all 18+ and 21+ events, or to claim Will Call tickets. Acceptable forms of ID include:
Valid, State-issued, Driver’s License (not clipped or punched VOID)
Valid, State-issued, Identification Card (with photo)
Valid Learner’s Permit (with photo)
Valid Tribal ID
Valid Military ID
Valid = Unexpired
If you don’t have one of the above, acceptable combinations of IDs include:
Valid Yellow Papers from the DMV and a Clipped/Invalidated State ID/License/Permit (with photo)
Please Note: Customers with a restricted ID will not be permitted if suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and their ticket will not be refunded.
WHAT IS THE PALACE THEATRE’S CAMERA POLICY?
Our standard policy allows cell phones and small point and shoot cameras only (no detachable lenses or digital SLRs). Flash photography is not permitted at any time.
Photo policies may change depending on the performer or at the discretion of management.
WHAT IS THE PALACE THEATRE’S RECORDING POLICY?
Video or audio recording is not allowed at our events, however, this policy may change depending on the performer or at the discretion of management.
WHAT IF I LEFT AN ITEM IN COAT CHECK, FORGOT TO CLOSE MY TAB, OR LOST AN ITEM AT THE PALACE THEATRE?
Any items left in coat check or lost and found over 30 days will be donated.
DOES THE PALACE THEATRE OFFER SEATING?
The Palace Theatre has a standing room, general admission floor with no seating. The upstairs loge and balcony offer theatre-style seating. Depending on the show the upstairs seating may be general admission (first-come-first-served), or seating may be reserved. Please refer to your ticket confirmation email or physical ticket to verify which is in place for each show. There is ADA elevator access to the Loge and Balcony levels if needed.
First Avenue Member Sightline Seating does not apply at the Palace Theatre.
I’M GOING TO A SHOW AT THE PALACE THEATRE, BUT HAVE A CONDITION / INJURY / HANDICAP THAT REQUIRES SPECIAL CONSIDERATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can purchase ADA tickets to Palace Theatre shows via the website (click “Buy Tickets”, and then click on “Purchase Accessible Seats”) for the show you are interested in, or by calling etix at 1-800-514-3849.
The Palace is fully accessible. There is an accessible bathroom on the main level and elevator directly to the left of the stage. Please call 612-338-8388 in advance of the show to arrange for accessible seating. You can find any floor staff member the night of the show for assistance.
Except for registered service dogs, animals are not allowed in the Palace Theatre.
CAN I BRING MY PURSE OR BAG TO A SHOW?
You may bring a small purse or bag with you. This policy may change depending on the performer or at the discretion of management.
Large bags, including messenger bags and backpacks, must be left at coat check for a nominal fee. We highly discourage you from bringing bags and backpacks, as there is a very limited coat check available. If coat check is full by the time you arrive, we will require you to bring your large back or backpack to your vehicle before entry.
DOES FIRST AVENUE’S MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM APPLY TO THE PALACE?
At this time First Avenue Members may receive presale passwords to Palace Theatre shows, but no other benefits apply.
IS THERE PARKING NEAR THE PALACE THEATRE?
While the Palace Theatre does not have any parking, there are multiple parking lots within close distance to the theater. You can find a map at SaintPaulParking.com. There are a number of ramps nearby including at the Children’s Museum, Daytons, the Lowry, the Alliance Bank Center, and the Lawson-Commons ramp. There are a number of surface lots nearby, including the 6th & Wabasha Impark lot, and the Travelers event lot at W 5th & Old 6th.
We also highly encourage using public transportation. The Green Line light rail stops just blocks away from the Palace Theatre at both the 10th St Station Platform and the Central Station Platform. There are a number of bus lines that stop along Wabasha St, as well as 6th St & Washington, and Cedar St at 7th Place. Nearby lines include the 3, 16, 21, 53, 61, 63, 64, 67, 70, 94, 262, 265, 275, 294 and more. For a full list of routes and schedules visit Metro Transit.
The ringing of cell phones can be highly disruptive, please set your phone to silent during all performances.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
A variety of beverages including water, wine, beer, spirits, and soft drinks are available for purchase in the theatre. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
An usher will direct guests with Loge or Balcony tickets to seating upstairs. Depending on the show, seating may be general admission (first come, first served) or reserved seating with an assigned seat.

Our staff is committed to creating a safe and pleasant experience for all guests. Professional security personnel will check IDs, and search bags for prohibited items. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance of show start time.
Prohibited items include: oversized bags, backpacks, weapons, selfie sticks, cameras with an external flash or detachable lenses, audio/video recording devices, outside food and beverages, drugs, drug paraphernalia and other items subject to the discretion of management. If you arrive with a prohibited item, we will ask you to secure it elsewhere or dispose of it before entering the venue.
